Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine the flour and poppy seeds.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until it's light and fluffy.
Gradually add the milk to the egg mixture.
Slowly add the flour and poppy seed mixture to the egg and milk mixture, mixing just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
