Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces and put them in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Mix well to ensure every potato piece is coated.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
