Protein Mug Cake

scoop whey protein powder

tablespoon
cocoapowder
Half a ripe banana
1
large egg

tablespoon
chocolate chips
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the protein powder and cocoa powder.
Mash the banana and add it to the mixture.
Stir in the egg until the mixture is smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe mug, making sure it's only half full.
Microwave the mug for 2-3 minutes or until the cake rises and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Be sure to use a microwave-safe mug for this recipe.
You can add sweetener like honey or stevia if you prefer a sweeter cake.
Make sure the mug is only half full before you microwave it as the cake will rise.
You can check the cake by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Let the cake cool for a couple of minutes after microwaving it to avoid burning your mouth.
