Ingredients
1
can chickpeas
drained and rinsed
½
cup
natural peanut butter
¼
cup
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the dip into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure your chickpeas are thoroughly rinsed and drained to ensure the smoothest dip.
If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of almond milk to thin it out.
Use a high-quality food processor or blender for the smoothest possible texture.
This dip tastes better after chilling for a few hours, which allows the flavors to meld together.
You can store this in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
