Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Remember to reserve some pasta water.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until golden.
Remove from the heat and add the red pesto to the pan, stirring well to combine.
Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, mixing well to ensure every piece is coated with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water.
Serve immediately, sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
