tortellini

marinara sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
A handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the tortellini and sauté until they start to turn golden brown.
Add the marinara sauce to the pan and stir to coat the tortellini.
Transfer the tortellini and sauce into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basilleaves just before serving. Let it cool for a few minutes, then dig in and enjoy!

Ensure your oven is preheated before you start baking the tortellini. This will result in an evenly baked dish.
You can add additional vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach to increase the nutritional value of the dish.
Freshly grated cheese is recommended over pre-packaged shredded cheese, as it melts more smoothly and tastes fresher.
