small onion

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Shape the mixture into small oval patties or around skewers.
Grill the koftas for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Notes
Use lean ground meat to prevent koftas from being too greasy.
Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
