Instructions
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Arrange avocado slices horizontally in the center of the rice.
Using the bamboo mat, gently roll the nori and rice over the avocado, pressing firmly to form a tight roll.
Moisten the top border of the nori with water and seal the roll.
Using a sharp, wet knife, cut the roll into 6-8 even pieces.
Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
