Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, cooked ground beef, salsa, and cheese.
Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Drain excess grease from the cooked ground beef before adding other ingredients.
Crush the Doritos slightly before layering to help distribute the flavor more evenly.
