Instant Pot Chicken Enchiladas

Gather all the ingredients.
Add oil and saute onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
Add chicken stock, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, sugar and salt and stir well.
Add chicken breast and close the lid.
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and wait for a natural release.
Shred the chicken with a fork and pour the sauce into a bowl.
Fill each tortilla with chicken, sauce, cheddar cheese and serve :)
