Sweet Potatoes
peeled and chopped
¾
cup
Milk
½
cup
butter
½
cup
Maple Syrup
Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop up the sweet potatoes.
Add the prepared sweet potatoes into the Instant Pot.
Pour in the milk.
Put on the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
When the cooking time is finished, do a quick pressure release.
Instantly pour in the maple syrup and add the butter.
Mash the potato mixer using a potato masher.

If you don't have a potato masher, you can put the potatoes into a mixing bowl and use your mixer to blend together and mash.
You can also use a fork to mash the potatoes as well.
