Instant Pot Banana Bread
Gather all the ingredients.
Step 1
Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Step 2
Add two mashed bananas.
Step 3
Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet on the bottom.
Step 5
Transfer into a greased pan and top with banana half.
Step 6
Place the pan and close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Do a quick pressure release, let it cool and serve :)
