Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana
Gather all the ingredients.
Add oil and saute bacon for 6 minutes.
Remove bacon and saute sausages until brown.
Add onions, garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, potatoes and chicken stock.
Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Wait for a natural release for 10 minutes and open the lid.
Add kale and heavy cream and saute for 3 minutes.
Add bacon and serve :)
