Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Add water and place the chicken in the Instant Pot.

Step 2

Add spaghetti sauce and bell peppers.

Step 3

Add onion, chili powder, garlic salt and stir well.

Step 4

Cook on low pressure for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Do a quick release.
