Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Saute water and soy milk for 3 minute. Whisk in vanilla and agar agar.

Step 2

Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Wait for a natural pressure release.

Step 4

Strain the mixture and let the pudding cool down.

Step 5

Combine the syrup ingredients in a saucepot and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Spoon pudding into bowls, pour over the sauce and enjoy :)
