Instant Pot Shrimp Scampi

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Add shrimp  to the  Instant Pot.

Step 2

  Add garlic  and white  wine.

Step 3

Cook on high  pressure for  1 minute and do  a quick pressure release.

Step 4

Take out the  shrimp, press  "saute" and add butter.

Step 5

Once melted, add shrimp, lemon juice and parsley and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Let it heat and keep stirring.

Step 7

Serve and  enjoy :)
