Instant Pot Shredded Pork

Gather all the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and cumin.
Season the pork with the mixture.
On another bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, bbq sauce, and chicken broth.
Heat oil and saute pork until brown.
Add the liquid mixture to the Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes + 10 minutes of natural release.
Open the lid an shred the meat.
Mix with BBQ sauce and serve :)
