Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin
Gather all the ingredients.
Rub pork with salt, pepper, Italian herbs and onion powder.
Saute pork on both sides until brown.
Add soy sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add back the pork and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Wait for a natural pressure release.
Take out the pork and cut to pieces.
Add cornstarch to the Instant Pot and saute for 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the pork and serve:)
