Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Press "saute" and  add ground beef.

Step 2

Add salt and  pepper and saute beef until brown.

Step 3

Add the rest of  the ingredients  and stir well.

Step 4

Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Do a quick release, open the lid and stir.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy :)
