Instant Pot Tapioca Pudding

Quick Easy Delicious

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Mix tapioca and water inside the Instant Pot.

Step 2

Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes and wait for a natural release for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add sugar and a pinch of salt, and stir slowly.

Step 4

Mix together egg yolks, milk and heavy cream.

Step 5

Slowly Pour the mixture into the Instant Pot while stirring.

Step 6

Saute until boiling and add vanilla extract.

Step 7

Serve and  enjoy :)
