Instant Pot Rice  Pudding

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Place rice and water in the Instant Pot.

Step 2

Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes and wait 10 minutes for natural release.

Step 3

Add sugar and 1/2 cup of milk.

Step 4

Mix 1/2 cup of milk with egg and add it to the Instant Pot.

Step 5

Add vanilla extract.

Step 6

Saute until you have a creamy rice pudding.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy :)
