Instant Pot Cornbread

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Whisk the egg with sugar, oil, and buttermilk.

Step 2

Fold in flour, cornmeal, salt, and baking powder.

Step 3

Add water and place a trivet at the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a spring form and place on top of the trivet.

Step 5

Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Do a quick pressure release and open the lid.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy :)
