Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas
Gather all the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, and cumin.
Add the chicken and toss to coat well. Transfer the chicken to the Instant Pot.
Add the remaining oil mixture, chicken stock, bell peppers and onion.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, and then do a quick pressure release.
Serve over tortillas and enjoy :)
