Instant Pot Butternut Squash Soup

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Add oil and onion and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add squash and spices and saute for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add stock and cider vinegar.

Step 4

Close the lid and Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Wait for a natural pressure release.

Step 6

Puree or blend the soup until smooth.

Step 7

Serve warm and enjoy :)
