combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

Pour the batter into a greased pan and cover with aluminum foil.

Pour 2 cups of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet on the bottom.
Step 4
Place the brownies. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Do a quick pressure release. Cool the brownies and enjoy :)
