Gather all the ingredients.

Step 1

Season the pork chop cuts with spices.

Add oil & seasoned pork chops into the Instant Pot and saute for 4 minutes until brown.

Add chicken broth and chopped onions.

Set the trivet and place the potatoes carefully on it

Season the potatoes with dried Thyme and Rosemary.
