Gather all the
Add beef and saute until brown.
Add onion and bell pepper and saute for 2 more minutes.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
Add the sauce and the broth and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
When cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release.
Add cornstarch and saute until the sauce is thickened.
Serve with buns and enjoy :)
