Instant Pot Rice Pudding
Easy Quick Delicious
Gather all the ingredients.
Place rice and water in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Allow a natural release for 10 minutes and then do a quick release.
Add sugar and 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix 1/2 cup of milk with egg and add it to the Instant Pot.
Add vanilla extract.
Saute until you have a creamy rice pudding.
Serve and enjoy :)
