Instant Pot Egg Roll  In A Bowl

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Add oil and saute beef until brown.

Step 2

Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and tamari sauce.

Step 3

Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chicken broth, and saute for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add cabbage slaw on top. Do not stir. 

Step 5

Cook on high pressure for 0 minutes.  (Yes, 0 minutes)

Step 6

Do a quick pressure release.

Step 7

Open the lid and enjoy :)
