Instant Pot  Creme  Brulee

Quick Easy Delicious

Gather all the  ingredients.

Step 1

Beat egg yolks and sugar.

Step 2

Bring heavy cream to simmer and add vanilla.

Step 3

Remove from the heat and whisk with the egg yolks.

Step 4

Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place a trivet.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into ramekins and place  them on the trivet.

Step 6

Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Step 7

Allow a natural release for 15 minutes and open the lid. 

Step 8

Broil for 2 minutes and serve with berries and mint :)
