Instant Pot   Cheesecake

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and combine with the cheese.

Step 2

Add egg yolks and orange extract and keep stirring well.

Step 3

On a separate bowl beat egg whites until firm.

Step 4

Fold the egg whites into the cheese mix in the first bowl and Stir until smooth.

Step 5

Pour into an aluminum pan and place it in the Instant Pot.

Step 6

Add water, close the lid and cook on high pressure for 17 minutes.

Step 7

When cooking time ends, wait for a natural relese and then open the lid.

Step 8

Let the cake cool down and serve:)
