Instant Pot Chicken and Rice Soup

Gather all the ingredients.
Add onions, celery, and carrots and saute for 3 minutes.
Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary and saute for 2 more minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Add chicken breast, rice, salt and pepper and stir well.
Coop on high pressure for 13 minutes.
Wait for a natural release.
Take out the chicken and shred it.
Mix shredded chicken with the soup and serve :)
