Turn on the Instant Pot. Press 'Saute' at normal and set timings for 8 minutes.
Add lard, beans, and salt to it.
Mash the beans and add fresh basil. Stir a bit.
Press 'Cancel'. Dish out the beans in the bowl and serve!
to pre-cook, the pinto beans wash them thoroughly and soak them overnight. then take an instant pot and saute onions, oil, garlic, and oregano to it then add beans and water to it. Pressure cook it for 35 to 40 minutes and is ready to refry.
