Instant Pot Yogurt
We believe yogurt should not only be a side dish. Therefore, we are presenting a whole new protein-rich and budget-friendly Instant Pot Yogurt. Just 10 mins of your valuable time would pay back very well.

Instructions
Pour milk into the Instant Pot and close the lid.
Press the "
yogurt
" button and set the timer for 8 minutes. Adjust the function until it displays

.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
Add 4 ice cubes to and stir a bit with a wooden spoon.
Pour the milk into a bowl and add plain yogurt and stir well.
Serve and enjoy or keep in the refrigerator for later use :)

Notes
the longer the yogurt rests in the refrigerator, the more firm it gets.
If you don't want it to be very tangy then avoid keeping it at room temperature.
Avoid using skimmed milk in making yogurt as it doesn't give a good thickness to it.
