Add vegetable oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and palm sugar cook and stir.
Dish out and clean the pot and put trivet into the pot.
Add water into the pot and put the fillets on a trivet.
Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onions, spring onion, and pepper to the fillets.
Add coriander to the fillets.
Close the lid and pressure cook at high for 6 minutes.
Do a quick release and dish out.
Add the prepared sauce and serve the delicious sea bass!

Do not sautee the sauce for long to keep it away from burning.While steaming lookout for the water, if the fish is not prepared then add some more water for steaming.
