Instant Pot Bundt Cake
Super easy cake you can make in your Instant Pot using cake mix and simple ingredients. No-bake cake in only 25 minutes!

lemon cake mix
½
cup
water

tablespoon
oil

for the Instant Pot
lemon zest
for topping. optional
sugar powder
for topping. optional
Instructions
Mix the cake mix with ½ cup of water, eggs and oil.
Grease a cake moldpan and add pour the cake mix inside.
Place a trivet inside your Instant Pot and power 1 cup of water.
Place the cake mold pan on the trivet.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and add lemon zest, sugar powder and other toppings you like.
Serve and enjoy :)

Notes
Allow the cake to cool down and then take it out of the mold otherwise it might fall apart.
You can use chocolate cake mix, vanilla cake mix or any other flavor you like.
