Instructions
Heat pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add onion, garlic, ginger, and green pepper to the pan. Sautee for 3-4 minutes or until onions begin to look opaque.
Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and ketchup. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2-4 minutes. Season to taste.
Add cornstarch water and stir to thicken. Then remove from heat and set aside.
Combine flour, cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, pepper, and water in a bowl. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter. and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Put the battered cauliflower pieces in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 300F.
Remove the cauliflower from the basket and add to the pan with your sauce. Gently fold in to coat.
Serve with spring onions to garnish, and enjoy!
