beef stew meat

chopped ginger

garlic

coconut slices

fresh lemon juice

black mustard seeds

Serrano peppers
split lengthwise but intact

Instructions
Press "saute" and add oil.
Add onion, serrano peppers, curry leaves and all the spices and saute for 3 minutes.
Add beef, coconut slices, ginger and garlic and saute for 5 more minutes.
Add lemon juice, water, salt and pepper and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
