Instructions
Add all the seasonings and oil to the Instant Pot and stir together. Add the beef and mix in the mixture using tongs.
Add the beef broth to the mixture and stir.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
Open the lid, remove the meat from the Instant Pot and shred.
Serve and pair with anything that you'd like from toppings, salads, and more!

Notes
When it comes to shredding the beef, you can use two forks and pull the top of the meat easier to shred.
The meat is easiest to shred while it's hot, but be careful that it's not too hot that you burn yourself.
