Add garlic and carrots and saute for 1 more minute.
Add chicken stock, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and oyster sauce and stir well.
Add noodles and close the lid.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.

Notes
If needed, after cooking you can press “Sauté” again and cook while stirring, until liquids completely evaporate.
You can cook the noodles separately or add cooked noodles after pressure cooking the vegetables.
Use low-sodium soy sauce: This will help you control the sodium content of the dish.
Customize the sauce: If you like your Lo Mein sauce to be spicy, add some sriracha or chili flakes. You can also add a bit of honey or brown sugar to make the sauce sweeter.
