frozen fully cooked beef meatballs

Instructions
Add butter, pepper, chopped basil leaves, onions and carrots and sauté for 3 minutes with constant stir.
Now add canned tomatoes, potatoes, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, water and salt.
Set to the “Manual” at high pressure for 5 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and release pressure quickly.
Blend the contents of the Instant Pot to a smooth consistency and keep aside.
Add water to the Instant pot and place a streamer.
Keep frozen meatballs on a streamer and set to the “Manual” at high pressure for 5 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and release pressure quickly.
Remove the meatballs from the instant pot and transfer to a plate.
Add soup to Instant pot and select “Sauté”.
Add meatballs to soup and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve hot with a swirl of fresh or sour cream.
