Instructions
Select “Manual” function on the Instant Pot pressure cooker.
Add water, potatoes and bay to its cooking pot.
Secure the lid and cook for about 5 minutes at high pressure.
Release the steam naturally then remove the lid.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cook on “Sauté” for about 5 minutes.
Cook on “Sauté” for about 5 minutes.
Transfer turkey sausages to the serving bowl.
Top them with remaining sauce.
Serve warm.
