for the Instant Pot
Instructions
In a bowl, mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Place chopped onions, tomatoes, sausage and spinach into a quiche mold or an oven dish that fit your Instant Pot.
Pour the egg mixture into the mold and cover with foil.
Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot and place a trivet.
Place the mold onto the trivet and close the lid.
Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Serve and enjoy
Broiling - Air fryer lid - optional
Add ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
Cover with the air fryer lid or place in the oven.
BROIL at 400 °F for 3 minutes
Notes
Use a silicone sling or trivet with handles to make it easy to lift the quiche in and out of the Instant Pot.
Be sure to grease your springform pan or oven-safe dish to prevent the quiche from sticking.
Allow the quiche to rest for a few minutes after releasing the pressure to let it set properly before removing it from the pot.
Feel free to customize the quiche by substituting or adding your favorite ingredients like mushrooms, bell peppers, or different types of cheese.
For a crustless quiche, simply omit the pie crust and cook the egg mixture directly in a greased oven-safe dish.
