Instant Pot BBQ Sweet Meatballs

frozen meatballs
fully cooked

cup
BBQ sauce
½
cup
grape jelly

cup
water
Instructions
Pour water into your Instant Pot.
Place the steamer rack inside your Instant Pot and fill it with the meatballs.
Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release.
Once done, drain your meatballs and set aside.
Discard water from your Instant Pot and pour BBQ sauce and grape jelly.
Press “Sauté” and cook for a couple of minutes, until you obtain a smooth sauce.
Add the meatballs and stir thoroughly and saute for 1 more minute.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Double the recipe for larger gatherings or to have leftovers.
For a more intense flavor, use a smoky BBQ sauce.
Feel free to add more or less grape jelly, depending on your desired sweetness.
