Instructions
Add tomatoes and feta to a glass bowl that can withstand high heat.
Next, add the olive oil, garlic, shallot and spices.
Place a trivet into the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour in 1 cup of water.
Place the pasta dish with all the ingredinets inside the instant pot and add a sprig of rosemary.
Put on the Instant Pot lid and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
Do a quick reliease and then open the lid.
Notes
Chop up the onion and garlic into small pieces.
Don't forget to add the water into the instant pot as this is crucial to prevent burns.
If you want a citrus flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a splash of orange juice.
