soya sauce

Instructions
Press "Saute" and add olive oil.
Add the beef and salt and pepper.
Saute for 5 minutes until brown on each side.
Add soy sauce, beef broth, apple, ginger, orange juice and garlic and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick release.
Serve and enjoy :)
