Instant Pot Corn On The Cob
A super quick and easy recipe for the tastiest corn cob! The combo of melted butter, salt and pepper enhances the flavor of the corn.

corn on the cob
husk and silk removed

water
for the Instant Pot
butter
to taste
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add 1 cup of water the the Instant Pot
Place the trivet and put the corn on it.
Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 2 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release (move the valve to the "venting" position).
Open the lid and take out the corn on the cob.
Add butter, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
