Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot
Stir in 4 cups of water and close the lid.
Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
Dish out the soup into a bowl and garnish with scallion. (Remove bay leaves before serving)
