Instructions
Pour oil into the pot and put the pot on the sautee for 5 mins.
Put the ground turkey in the Instant Pot.
Take out the beef and put it aside.
Put olive oil, onion, garlic, green pepper, carrot, and jalapeno pepper. Press saute and cook for 4-5 minutes until the onion is browned.
Add the cooked ground turkey and all the remaining ingredients including the water. Stir a bit.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release, then add kidney beans.
Serve and enjoy :)
