rice vinegar

for the air fryer basket
Instructions
Press "saute" and add sesame oil.
Add chicken, ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add onion and saute for 1 more minute.
Add cabbage, soy sauce rice vinegar and saute for 1 more minute.
Take out the chicken mixture, keep aside and clean the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Whisk egg in a small bowl.
Now take an egg roll wrapper and fill it with the chicken mixture.
Wrap it up and brush the side with the whisked egg.
Repeat the process so you get 7-8 egg rolls.
Place the air fryer basket in the Instant Pot, spray with cooking spray and put rolls inside.
Cover with the air fryer lid and Air Fry at 390 °F for 16 minutes .
Dish them out, serve them with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
